Hot Ham & Cheese Dip

8 oz. package cream cheese
1 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 c. chopped ham (6-8 slices)

Mix together and put in 8x8 glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Make sure it's nice and golden brown or it will be cold in the middle. Serve hot with crackers.
