Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cube butter
